ABOUT MINGDU LI
Born in Beijing, Mingdu Li is a recent graduate from the MMus in Composition at the Royal Conservatoire of Scotland, studying under Dr. Oliver Iredale Searle. She holds a BMus (Hons) in Composition from RCS, where she studied with Tom David Wilson, and a BSc (Hons) in Mathematics from University College London. In autumn 2024, she will begin her doctorate in composition at the Royal College of Music, London, under the supervision of Professor Kenneth Hesketh and Professor William Mival, kindly supported by the RCM Studentship and the Mendelssohn Scholarship Foundation.
